This project has had two stages of design due to external delays. In both stages the team was made up by WMD & P, EIG and IPB as the local engineering and architecture.

The tandem WMD & P / EIG resulted in an inspiring design with aspirations far beyond the usual green building projects. Living buildings, which act as systems, improving air, water, offering opportunities to the occupants to meet and rest, with maximum use of natural lighting and ventilation, inspired by the Cradle to Cradle® principles.

The first design, inspired by Mediterranean butterflies, tells its own story through walls and floors.

The second one holds a green wall system, which is also certified as C2C system.

The project is currently in standby.
