What our client says about the project
- How was your experience working with EIG?
Our experience with EIG was very positive. The Cradle to Cradle Certified® is a challenging process for any company, but EIG proved to be a reliable partner, offering technical expertise and consistent support.
Despite the strict certification requirements, they balanced professionalism with clear communication and collaboration, acting as both verifiers and project partners to keep us on track.
Meeting tight deadlines was a significant challenge, especially with unpredictable workloads and many requirements depending on our suppliers, as the certification enforces strict supply chain controls. The process became even more complex when the Cradle to Cradle Institute released version 4.1 during the project. Together, we chose to adopt the updated, stricter standards, further raising the bar.
With EIG’s guidance, we successfully completed the certification and became the first in the world to achieve Cradle to Cradle Certified® under version 4.1, demonstrating their ability to support demanding projects with professionalism and collaboration.
- What did you value the most of our service?
What we appreciated most about working with EIG was their support in navigating, as pioneers with us, the journey toward the Cradle to Cradle Certified® version 4.1. We originally started the process for version 4.0, but when the new version 4.1 was released, it brought even greater complexity and stricter requirements. Together, we decided to adopt these new standards, taking on an innovative challenge that was new not only for us but also for EIG and even the Cradle to Cradle Institute.
EIG’s expertise and ability to assess our readiness and adapt what we already had in place to meet the new requirements made this possible. Their support helped us stay focused, face the challenges with confidence, and meet the deadlines. Achieving the certification with such strong results, especially as a first for everyone involved, was a significant achievement.
